(3) Maintenance personnel must be certified to work, wear safety helmets and other labor protection appliances, and fasten seat belts to prevent the danger of falling; (4) When performing circuit work in dark places, they should use a flashlight with an insulating shell or use A portable lamp with a safety voltage below 36V with a shield;
(5) Smoking and the use of open flames are strictly prohibited in the well;
(6) The operation should be concentrated and cooperate with each other. If the driver cooperates, the driver should strictly obey the instructions of the maintenance personnel;
(7) For operation and maintenance on the car top, the general principle for entering the car top is to enter the car top from the top end. It is strictly forbidden for maintenance personnel to stand outside the hoistway, lean into the hoistway, the top of the car or the sill of the car, and stand with one foot to conduct inspections for a long time;
(8) The maintenance running speed of the elevator maintenance company is about 1/3 of the rated speed, and its continuous running time should not be too long, generally not more than 3 minutes, and it must be operated by specially trained maintenance personnel;
(9) When cleaning (or overhauling), oiling or adding grease, etc. on any rotating parts, it must be stopped or locked;
(10) It is strictly forbidden to carry out maintenance and repair work within the operating range of the counterweight (regardless of whether there are guardrails in the pit or the top of the car). Elevator Maintenance When certain installations return to work, used jumper wires must be removed.
