1. Equipment acceptance requirements

2. Acceptance requirements for civil construction handover inspection
(1) The internal and shaft civil (steel frame) structure and layout of the machine room (if any) must meet the requirements of the elevator civil layout drawing. The minimum clearance size of the hoistway should be consistent with the requirements of the civil layout. The wall of the hoistway should be vertical, and the allowable deviation of the minimum headroom size using the plumb method is: 0 ~ +25mm for hoistway with elevator travel height ≤ 30m; 0 ~ +35mm for hoistway with elevator travel height ≤ 60m; 60m< elevator travel The hoistway with height ≤90m, 0~ +50mm; the hoistway with elevator travel height >90m, meets the requirements of the civil construction plan.

safety door is strictly prohibited to open into the hoistway, and must be equipped with an electrical safety device that can only operate when the safety door is closed. When there are car safety doors for mutual rescue between adjacent cars, this paragraph may not be implemented.
(5) There should be good anti-seepage and anti-leakage protection in the machine room and pit, and there should be no water in the pit.
(6) The main power supply should adopt the TN-S system. The switch should be able to cut off the maximum current under normal use of the elevator. For elevators with machine room, the switch should be easily accessible from the entrance of the machine room. For elevators with machine room, the switch should be set outside the hoistway. Places that are convenient for the staff to approach, and should have the necessary
safety protection. The grounding resistance value of the grounding device in the equipment room should not be greater than 40.
(7) Fixed electrical lighting should be provided in the machine room (if any), the ground illuminance should not be less than 2001x, and a switch or similar device should be provided at an appropriate height near the population to control the lighting power supply.
(8) Permanent electric lighting should be installed in the hoistway. The lighting voltage of the hoistway should be 36V safe voltage. The illumination in the hoistway should not be less than 50k. The highest point and the lowest M05m of the hoistway should be equipped with a separate control switch in the engine room and the pit.
