Safety Commitment & German Craftsmanship: Tenau Elevator (China) Co., Ltd. prioritizes passenger safety by combining rigorous industrial standards with outstanding German craftsmanship, providing the commercial market with exceptionally secure and reliable elevator solutions.
Unintended Car Movement Protection (UCMP): The UCMP device prevents any unregulated movement of the elevator car while stopped at a landing. If movement occurs without a command, the system instantly triggers protection to ensure passenger safety.
IoT Remote Monitoring System: Utilizing world-leading Internet of Things (IoT) technology, Tenau realizes automatic monitoring and management. Real-time data collection and proactive troubleshooting guarantee the continuous safety of building operations.
Car Door Anti-Collision & Derailment Device: Equipped with a robust protection system, the car door is secured against impact. Even if hit, the device prevents derailment and maintains the door on its normal track to protect passengers.
Infrared Light Curtain System: A high-precision infrared light curtain at the entrance quickly detects any person or object. This responsive obstacle detection ensures smooth and safe entry and exit for all passengers.
Travel Function
VVVF Drive and Door Operator: Precise adjustment of motor rotating speed ensures a smooth speed curve during start, travel, and stop. This technology also provides gentle and sensitive door operation for maximum comfort.
Independent Running and Automatic Pass: The lift can be set to respond only to internal commands via an action switch. When the car reaches full capacity, it automatically bypasses landing calls to maintain peak travel efficiency.
Intelligent Door Control: Door-open time adjusts automatically based on the type of call. Features include express door closing, reopening via hall call buttons, and door-open time extension for specialized needs.
Efficient Landing and Arrival: The system ensures the car comes to a complete stop before opening doors. An arrival gong signals reached floors, while direct parking and advance door opening features significantly reduce waiting times.
Command Management: Passengers can cancel incorrect floor commands by double-pressing the button. To prevent inefficiency, the anti-nuisance function cancels multiple calls if the car load is exceptionally light.
Advanced Dispatching Systems
Duplex and Group Control: Multiple lifts coordinate through computer dispatching to minimize wait times and optimize response logic.
Peak Service Modes: Specialized settings for on-duty and off-duty periods prioritize high-traffic floors to handle peak commercial flow effectively.
Safety Function
Comprehensive Door Protection: Full-height infrared light curtains detect passengers or objects during door operation, ensuring safe entry and exit. If an obstruction is met, the repeated door closing function will reopen and re-shut the door until the path is clear.
Speed and Motion Control: The system includes advanced over-speed protection for both upward and downward travel, automatically cutting power or engaging safety tongs if rated speeds are exceeded. Additionally, the UCMP device prevents any accidental movement while the car is at a standstill with doors open.
Operational Safeguards: Anti-stall timers and start protection control prevent operation in the event of traction slippage or failure to leave the door zone. The final limit protection prevents the car from surging to the top or impacting the bottom, ensuring reliable travel limits.
Emergency and Load Management: In the event of an overload, a buzzer sounds and the car remains stationary. If the lift cannot open at a specific floor, the designated stop function automatically moves the car to the next available floor.
Maintenance and Diagnosis: The intelligent controller features fault self-diagnosis, recording the latest 62 system errors for rapid troubleshooting. For maintenance, the inspection operation mode allows for precise, inching movement of the car.
