Travel Function
VVVF Drive and Door Operator
The motor rotating speed is precisely adjusted to ensure a smooth speed curve during start, travel, and stop for maximum comfort. Similarly, the VVVF door operator provides gentle and sensitive door opening and closing movements.
Intelligent Operation Control
Independent Running: The lift responds only to commands inside the car through an action switch, ignoring external hall calls.
Automatic Pass Without Stop: When the car reaches a preset load value, it automatically bypasses calling landings to maintain maximum travel efficiency.
Automatic Door Time Adjustment: Door opening times are automatically managed based on whether the command originated from a landing or within the car.
Efficiency and Convenience
Direct Parking and Advance Opening: The system uses distance principles to eliminate crawling during leveling and can open doors in advance as the lift enters the door zone to enhance efficiency.
Express Door Closing: Pressing the door shut button while the lift is stopped will trigger immediate closing to save time.
Command Register Cancel: If a wrong floor is selected, pressing the same button twice consecutively will cancel the registered command.
Door Open Time Extending: A specialized button allows the doors to remain open for a certain period to assist with loading.
Passenger Experience
Car Arrival Gong: A gong at the top of the car notifies passengers upon arrival at their destination.
Reopen with Hall Call: Doors can be restarted during the shutting process by pressing the hall call button.
Car Stops and Door Open: For safety, the doors only open once the lift has decelerated, leveled, and come to a complete stop.
Advanced Dispatching Systems
Group and Duplex Control: Multiple lifts are coordinated through computer dispatching to choose the most appropriate response, reducing waiting times and avoiding repeated parking.
Peak Service Modes: Within preset times, the system automatically dispatches lifts to home or top floors to satisfy intense upward or downward traffic during on-duty and off-duty peaks.
Anti-Nuisance: Under light loads, if three or more commands are registered, the system cancels them to avoid unnecessary stops.

Door and Movement Protection
Light Curtains Protection: Infrared light covering the full door height probes for passengers or objects during opening and closing to ensure safety.
Repeated Door Closing: If an obstacle prevents the door from closing, the system will reopen and re-shut until the interference is cleared.
Accidental Movement Prevention: The system prevents the elevator cab from moving accidentally while the doors are in the open state.
Speed and Limit Control
Up and Down Over-run Protection: Devices prevent the lift from surging to the top or knocking the bottom if control is lost, ensuring reliable travel.
Down Over-speed Protection: If the downward speed exceeds the rated speed by 1.2 times, the control mains are cut off. If it reaches 1.4 times, safety tongs act to force the lift to a stop.
Upward Over-speed Protection: The device automatically decelerates or brakes the lift if the upward speed exceeds 1.2 times the rated speed.
Operational Safeguards
Anti-stall Timer Protection: The elevator stops operation if slippery traction wire ropes are detected.
Start Protection Control: If the lift fails to leave the door zone within a designated time after starting, operation is halted.
Overload Holding Stop: When the car is overloaded, a buzzer sounds and the lift remains stopped on the current floor.
Designated Stop: If the doors cannot open at the destination floor, the lift will close the doors and travel to the next designated floor.
Maintenance and Diagnosis
Fault Self-diagnosis: The controller records the 62 latest issues to facilitate quick troubleshooting and restoration of service.
Inspection Operation: When in inspection mode, the car operates at an inching speed for safe maintenance.
