Interactive Door Systems: From Reopening with Hall Call to Advance Door Opening, our doors are designed to be sensitive and responsive to passenger needs.
User Error Correction: The Command Register Cancel allows users to de-select a floor by pressing the button twice, while Anti-Nuisance prevents "phantom" calls from slowing down the system.
Smart Scheduling: Whether through Duplex Control (2 lifts) or Group Control (3+ lifts), the system always sends the most appropriate car to the passenger.
Specialized Modes: Features like Independent Running and Door Open Extending provide flexibility for VIP use or freight loading.
Safety Function
Mechanical Safety Tongs: In extreme downward over-speed scenarios (1.4x rated), mechanical tongs force the car to a safe stop.
Over-Travel Prevention: Upward and downward final limit devices prevent "surging" or "knocking" the bottom, protecting the structural integrity of the lift.
Door Security: A full-height infrared sensor protects the entrance. If doors fail to close, the Repeated Door Closing function attempts to cycle the doors safely.
Traction & Motor Protection: The system monitors for motor stalls and ensures the car exits the leveling zone promptly after starting.
Load Management: An integrated buzzer sounds during overload conditions, keeping the lift stationary until the weight is reduced.
