Sincere Care for Your Safety: Tenau Elevator China Co. Ltd. prioritizes personal safety as the first mission. By integrating industrial standards with outstanding German craftsmanship, we provide safer elevator products specifically for the high-end market.
UCMP Device for Prevention of Unintended Car Movement: When the elevator stops at a landing with doors open, any unregulated movement without a specific command will trigger the protection device. This system immediately arrests such movement to ensure the safety of passengers.
Remote Monitoring by Internet of Things: Tenau Elevator adopts a world-leading IOT system to realize automatic monitoring, inspection, and management. Continuous data collection and timely troubleshooting guarantee the long-term operational safety of each lift.
Device for Prevention of Collision and Derail of the Car Door: If the door receives an external impact, this specialized device prevents derailment and keeps the door on its normal track, effectively protecting passengers during entry and exit.
Infrared Light Curtain System: The infrared light curtain at the entrance can detect any person or object within the detection zone. The system reacts quickly to obstacles, providing a secure barrier for passengers while they enter or leave the lift car.
Travel Function
VVVF Drive: Motor rotating speed is precisely adjusted to ensure a smooth speed curve during start, travel, and stop, providing maximum sound comfort.
VVVF Door Operator: Precise adjustment of the motor speed allows for gentle and sensitive door starting and stopping.
Independent Running: Through an action switch, the lift can be set to ignore outer calls and only respond to commands from inside the car.
Automatic Pass Without Stop: When the car is full or the load reaches a preset value, the lift will automatically bypass calling landings to maintain maximum efficiency.
Automatically Adjust Door Opening Time: Door-open duration is automatically managed based on whether it is a landing call or a car call.
Reopen with Hall Call: During the door-closing process, pressing the hall call button will restart and reopen the door.
Express Door Closing: Pressing the door-shut button once the lift has stopped and opened allows the door to close immediately.
Car Stops and Door Open: The lift decelerates and levels perfectly, ensuring the door only opens after the lift comes to a complete stop.
Car Arrival Gong: An arrival gong located on the car top notifies passengers that they have reached their destination.
Command Register Cancel: If a wrong floor button is pressed, two consecutive presses of the same button will cancel the registered command.
Anti-nuisance: Under light loads, if three or more commands are registered, the system cancels them to avoid unnecessary stops.
Open the Door in Advance: As the lift decelerates into the door-open zone, it automatically starts opening the doors to enhance efficiency.
Direct Parking: Following the distance principle with no crawling during leveling, this feature significantly increases travel efficiency.
Group Control Function: When three or more lifts are used together, the system automatically chooses the most appropriate response to reduce waiting time.
Duplex Control: Two sets of identical lifts respond to calling signals through computer dispatch, minimizing passenger wait times.
On-duty and Off-duty Peak Service: The system dispatches lifts to home or top floors during preset peak periods to handle heavy traffic flow effectively.
Door Open Time Extending: By pressing a special button in the car, the lift door can be kept open for a specified extended period.
Safety Function
Light Curtains Protection: During the door opening and closing periods, infrared light covering the full door height probes for passengers or objects to provide comprehensive protection.
Designated Stop: If the lift cannot open the door at the destination floor for any reason, it will close the door and travel to the next designated floor.
Overload Holding Stop: When the car is overloaded, a buzzer sounds and the lift remains stationary at the floor.
Anti-stall Timer Protection: The lift automatically stops operation if it detects issues such as a slippery traction wire rope to ensure safety.
Start Protection Control: If the lift does not leave the door zone within the designated time after starting, it will stop operation to prevent accidents.
Inspection Operation: When the lift enters inspection mode, the car travels at an inching speed for maintenance safety.
Fault Self-diagnosis: The controller records the 62 most recent issues, allowing technicians to quickly diagnose and restore lift operation.
Repeated Door Closing: If an obstacle prevents the door from closing, the lift will repeatedly reopen and attempt to re-shut until the interference is eliminated.
Up and Down Over-run and Final Limit Protection: This device effectively prevents the lift from surging to the top or hitting the bottom if it loses control, ensuring reliable travel.
Down Over-speed Protection Device: When the lift travels 1.2 times higher than the rated speed, the device cuts off control mains and stops the motor. If speed reaches 1.4 times the rated speed, safety tongs act to force the lift to a complete stop.
Upward Over-speed Protection Device: When the upward speed exceeds the rated speed by 1.2 times, the device will automatically decelerate or brake the lift.
Elevator Cab Accidental Movement Prevention: If any accidental movement occurs while the elevator is in the open state, the system will immediately intervene to stop the cab.
